You're already receiving good answers about the user survey. I'd like to
add another venue that I think is worth exploring: adding tools inside
Horizon that would collect interesting facts automatically and report
them anonimized to the Foundation.
Like Mozilla Telemetry and other open source projects, there are ways to
anonymously collect data about project usage. We had a conversation
about this years ago and there was some sort of agreement on how to
proceed. IIRC Josh McKenty filed a blueprint but I can't find it now.
Anyway the idea is to have horizon report back to a community server
some stats, if the operators enable the feature. In exchange they might
receive immediate notifications from OSSN/OSSA and other goodies we can
imagine. It would be a complement to the User Survey.
