[User-committee] Survey

That's a very good point, however, since we have +15K members, they should already have a login. Is it possible to include in the survey link a token personalized for foundation member so that they don't have to login to answer ? 

New users may have to create a login, but it can be at the end of the survey as Tom said. We can like that track how people are abandoning the survey because of registration requirement.
