[User-committee] User/Operator survey lead time

Guys,

Assuming we want to run another user/operator survey for the Atlanta summit and aim to publish the results approximately at the start of the summit and we want at least 2 weeks for responses, we've still got a bit of time before we finalise the questions. My first guess (very presumptive) is as follows assuming we have time to complete the consolidation in a week or so...

Is the schedule below ambitious or should we give more slack ?

As I think we'll need a bit of engineering work on the survey web forms, I'd like that we don't squeeze them too much.

-          March 1st Additional questions received and ready

-          March 14st Questions finalised and submitted to web team to prepare the forms

-          April 4th Start survey

-          April 18th Close survey

-          April 25th Data available from survey in raw format

-          May 5th Slides/Material ready for review

-          May 12th Summit Start
