We have a personas working group now!

My colleague Ju Lim is leading it, and she and the other user experience
designers are working with people from docs, the Horizon developers, and
marketing to develop & refine the personas.

The proposals I made, which were intended as a draft/conversation
starter/initial impetus are where I left them, in Google Docs:

They will be useful to the personas working group, I hope, as we draft
questions, work out target audiences, and gather data for personas V2.
Perhaps the survey questions would be useful for your effort too.
