Feel free to comment on the idea on the operators list. This will allow developers to flag that they'd like feedback on potential issues such as incompatibility or migration effort.

I can't see volume being a problem. If we are being overwhelmed by mail about incompatible changes that have to be dealt with, the mail will be the least of our problems :-) .
