Hi,

In order to encourage responses to the newly proposed Application Development and Operations section we should add an easy to use email link to the Deployments section so that OpenStack deployers can let the users of their clouds know about the User Survey.

Somewhere at the beginning or the end of the Deployments section of the User Survey something like the following should be included.

Please tell the application developers and operators who use your cloud about this survey. You can start by sending them <a href="mailto:dev at mycompany.com?subject=Help make development and deployment easier on your OpenStack powered cloud&body=By filling out the User Survey at https://www.openstack.org/user-survey/ you can help make development and deployment easier on your OpenStack powered cloud. Please take 2 minutes to fill out the survey so the tools that developers and operators need can be built or improved.">this email</a>.

The OpenStack deployers can just click on the link and hopefully easily inform their cloud users about the survey.
