Great… thanks for the nominations….
We are currently trying to assemble the input from the user survey in an anonymised fashion so tht we can start the work to define the user stories and blueprints with the appropriate technical and management board teams.
Other volunteers for the operators working group are really welcome who have experience operating OpenStack clouds, understanding of the development process and a bit of time to help out … it is great to see that the set is not an empty one :)

Hi All,
Like Ju Lim, I also would like to help out in this effort.
I think this effort is very important both for openstack and for operators / service providers to be successful.
Please also advise me on how I can assist the user committee on this subject.
Thank you.

Hi Tim and Tom:
We met yesterday at the session you had yesterday (OpenStack Summit Nov 2013) where you had a Call to Arms looking for folks in the community to help with the "Operations Feedback Loop," i.e. to help with analyzing the survey results and turn them into actionable items (e.g. propose blueprints with user stories to address feedback/suggestions from the user survey, bridge user feedback to development, etc.).
As requested, I'd like to help out in this effort. Please advise on how I can assist and on the next steps.
Thank you,
Ju Lim

Subject: [Openstack-operators] User Committee Meeting
The User Committee is looking for dedicated people with a passion for
operations to join a special session to analyse the results of the user
survey. The session will dive into peoples' feedback and suggestions
with the aim to look at how these can be converted into the actual work
plan for future releases.
