User profiles would help (at worst) seed and balance the sample pool for
interviews - data like location, size of deployment, level in the
organization, technical knowledge level, any comments on needs & desires
for cloud computing, would be great.

The basic idea is to allow us to create some archetypes on which we can
hang some detail - I think some more detailed interviews will be
necessary anyway, but some quantitative data will allow us to validate
that we're going in the right direction.
