Lauren, You should now be able to post to the user-committee list without needing each mail to be authorised. We've got two documents now (which is a big improvement :-) but we should try to get to one. Can you merge in the questions added to https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SYjuKjE2KPS8MSnFAvoR1RY-gnsBpCra0VM7dmFJ 2zg/edit into your document ? I'm struggling to find the best way to ask for company data. If we ask for affiliation, it may be offputting for some people. If we do not ask for it, we may have 100s of responses from the same company regarding their cloud which could bias the results. The guys from http://www.cloud-council.org/ have also offered to help with the survey. This could be a good additional source of validation along with the TC/MB/foundation list before publishing the survey.
