[User-committee] Weekly community newsletter - deployment news

The new deployments come in through the user survey (https://www.openstack.org/user-survey)

Todd can give details on the implementation but since the data is now all under the Foundation CRM/DeploymentDB, I think it should be
possible to build an automated reference if

- Declared in last week

- Is marked as public information

I like the idea. How should we implement it? Where are new deployments announced?

Stefano,

Reflecting how we can give more credit to those people who are deploying OpenStack, I was wondering if it would be possible to add a
section to the community weekly newsletter which would list the deployments entered in the user survey where the user has stated that
this is public information.

Thus, we would be calling out new deployments to the same level we call out a new development contributor.

What do you think ?

Tim
