Bug Fixes

* The advanced virtualization repository is no longer enabled in
  CentOS Stream 9, because the separate repository is no longer
  available.

* The "openstack_extras::repos::redhat::redhat" class now configures
  RDO repository properly in CentOS Stream 9.
