New Features

* Add support for libvirt auth in instancemonitor. Use the standard
  methods to provide the actual authentication credentials. The SASL
  library and pluggable authentication modules should be installed on
  the instancemonitor host, use the packages provided in the distro
  alongside libvirt-python.
