Bug Fixes

* Using systemd journal handler, logs ending up in kern.log because
  SYSLOG_FACILITY is missing. This fix uses the same facility
  configuration option 'syslog-log-facility' as from syslog handler to
  provide the missing value. (Bug #1871840)
