Upgrade Notes

* The deprecated sahara::rabbit_host, sahara::rabbit_hosts,
  sahara::rabbit_password, sahara::rabbit_port, sahara::rabbit_userid
  and sahara::rabit_virtual_host are now removed. Please use
  sahara::default_transport_url instead.

* Deprecated sahara::rabbit_max_retries option has been removed.
