Open Stack

Hi Gerald,

Should we go ahead and get started on the DevOps persona?  There is plenty of data out there and I don’t mind getting started on creating a straw man in Google docs.

It was also proposed DevOps as a persona in Seattle about six months ago, but didn’t have the bandwidth at the time.

    Jeff Calcaterra, Stan Li and I facilitated the creation of the personas by hosting work sessions in Seattle and Austin.  A few of the PMs on this list were able to attend and added a huge amount of value.
    
    One approach might be to create a Google doc and have the PWG collaborate on the needed information.  At that point, Ianeta may have time to add them to the OpenStack documentation.
    
    Let me know and I’ll set-up the documents.

        Which team is in charge of maintaining the UX personas?
        As part of the discussion on Piet's user story draft we have identified we are missing two personas / companies:
        
        - DevOp
        - NOC engineer of a Mobile Network Operator

        Great recommendation Piet. I've submitted a patch to add Personas to the template[1]. We've queued up a discussion next week to communicate the need to update the existing User Stories as well.
