This came up in discussing one of the user stories coming out of the telco working group - if we have one or more SMEs related to a use case in the community in addition to the owner, where should they be listed? I don't see an obvious place for this in the template (or the owner for that matter, but I guess we define that by who submitted to gerrit/git?):
