It would be great to have your feedback by the beginning of January, so we can collect all feedback from our community and take some actions on the Goals (e.g. Documentation, Guidance, etc).

Yes, it sounds good to me. Some goals might not affect some projects (e.g. Python 3 in Puppet OpenStack modules) - but most of projects are generally concerned.
