What are the real goals for mascot?
There is mascot for devstack and several other projects that are under TC but not user focuses but more internally focused. Others, like nova, swift, cinder and many others are user focused. Mascots are great for these. Then there are others that are also user focused, like devcore, refstack, user WG, etc.

We've only opened up the opportunity to choose mascots to TC-approved projects at this point, not work groups, given what our budget and timeline allows. The PWG can certainly discuss a mascot, but I want you to be aware that it's not something we'll be delivering to any work group by Barcelona.
