Open Stack

Hi Team,

I wanted to request reviews of the Feature Classification Submission as a
Cross Project Spec change[1]. The User Story was successfully reviewed and
merged over the last two weeks and the I'd like to submit the User Story as
a Cross Project Spec. This is an OSIC driven initiative so is resourced and
has a technical lead ready and willing to carry the CPS through the process.
