Hi everyone,

I would like to propose adding Kenny Johnston to the OpenStack-User-Stories Core Team.  He has been very active in contributions and has assured us that he will also be able to review proposed changes in a very frequent basis.

His commit activity is among the highest in the team and the expectation is for him to maintain this level of activity per the Core Team description[2] on our wiki.

Existing cores, please vote +1/-1 for his addition to the team.  The addition will pass once we reach quorum (existing core members / 2 + 1) which, in our case right now, is two.
