Open Stack

Hi everyone,

The Product WG Wiki is located at
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/ProductTeam.  I have updated a large
portion of the content to align it with our current objectives,
work-streams, and pilot phase.  I also incorporated the various timelines
that we put together during our mid-cycle as part of the update too.  Your
feedback is greatly appreciated and feel free to make edits.

*Change Log:*

   - Created a User Story Landing Page
   - Created a Sub-Page for Each Active User Story (User Story owners
   should edit these pages to reflect team meetings, status, and link any
   other relevant docs -- please note, this is not the tracker, that will be
   created in the repo)
   - Created a Sub-Page for the Roadmap Release Team
   - Added Graphs to depict deliverables, milestones, etc.
   - Added a Methodology section to the front-page
   - Edited the Mission and "Who We Are"
   - Added information on the "pilot phase"
   - Added a reference to all sub-pages in the Product WG wiki
