[Product] Suggesting" versus "Telling"

Hi,

I'm sitting in the session at the Summit and am struck that despite
excellent efforts all round we have had a couple of instances where
we've got caught up on terminology or language.

My sense of the group that we seek to act as an information source or
trusted advisor for PTLs and the broader community as a whole. We will
in time build our reputation and so earn a place in the tapestry of
OpenStack planning procedures.

As project managers we probably need to be mindful of what words we use
- with the benefit of hindsight I see now the slides we collaborated
on/reviewed as a group do look a bit like we're "telling" rather than
"suggesting"

We may well be able to "tell" within our respective organisations, but
for the community en masse we'll only ever be "suggesting" I think.

I'll see if I can't find a few phrases that perhaps will illustrate this
in a more concrete way :)

Really nice work all round though - this is a timely initiative if there
were ever one and my thanks go to all involved.

Cheers,
Hugh
