Hi Naren,

To clarify, we are preparing for the cross project session during the meeting Carol mentioned below. 

As far as the breakout session content/slides for Monday and Tuesday... Those are well under-way (I sent a semi-final draft of the roadmap content earlier today) and will not require meetings in Vancouver to finalize.  

We *might* meet to tweak the content for the "State of OpenStack Product Management" session after our cross project meeting but content for "Glimpse at the Roadmap" is set. (TBD though)
