Staying in-line with what the cross-project group has done, I went ahead
and created an Etherpad where we can collaborate as a sub team:

I went ahead and pasted the existing content from the parent page. Feel
free to add content relevant to socialization to this page so that we can
reduce the amount of noise in the document.
