Open Stack

Hi Team,

I just submitted a patch[1] to the Rolling Upgrades user story whereby I
attempted to fill out the "Gaps" section. I'd really appreciate a number of
eyes on this content for two primary reasons.

One- I lay forth a series of dependencies for rolling upgrades via a
proposed rolling upgrade process. I'd love advice and feedback on this
content to ensure I'm headed in the right direction.

Two- There are a number of unknowns in the current status of some of the
underlying initiatives across multiple OpenStack projects that I imagine a
number of you are aware of and can provide comments/patches on.

I'm willing to take comments on the thread if you are unfamiliar with the
commenting and amending mechanisms in gerrit/git.
