Open Stack

Hi everyone,

I have added our weekly meeting at the updated time to the IRC meetings
page[1] maintained by the OpenStack infra team.  I have also updated the
weekly calendar invite to reflect the change too (please let me know if you
need me to resend the invite).

We have used multiple meeting IDs in the past when starting the meeting
(product_team, product_work_group, product_working_group) and this has
resulted in our meeting logs being spread across three folders.  We have
been fairly consistent with using product_working_group lately and it is
the one I added as our "meeting_id" for the IRC meeting schedule.  Let's
always try to start the meetings with "#start product_working_group" going
forward to keep our logs in one location.
