I will add some additional stuff around the defcore and release schedule.
If our repo space in the xproject is ready, I can submit this as a patch
for review. Let me know how y'all want to proceed.

- summit meeting space: I need to check with Chris Hoge. I asked for our
team to be co-located with the win the enterprise working group. this means
either similar times in near rooms or the same room along with the other
working groups as a track.Chris is on this thread, so maybe he can respond
directly.
