Open Stack

Yep, after commenting anything that seems to be remotely linked with
"certificate" or "SSL", undercloud installation comletes. Many thanks,
gentlemen!

If anybody has an idea how to successfully deploy a Newton undercloud
/with /SSL, it would be great to hear.
