[Openstack] [openstack-dev] Creating an instance with specified subNet via Dashboard

Thanks so much for your help and for your quick reply.
Currently, we have Fuel 9.2 (Mitaka). So i am wondering if it supports
creating a port with a specific address or selecting a subnetwork while
creating an instance using the dashboard ?
