[Openstack] [Neutron] Need L2 Connectivity between the extra two nics between the VMs created on OpensStack

The connection should be like normal Ethernet wire connection, just like we
plug an Ethernet wire between two hosts
(Host1)nic---etherrnetwire---nic(Host2).
