Open Stack

Okay, closing this thread. I have fully resolved this problem.

1. Ensure the VM has at least 4GB memory, otherwise it fails in the
middle, e.g "failed to allocate memory"
2. Use packstack -d --allinone to enable detailed logs, especially puppet logs
3. Ensure you have a fast internet for package downloading
