Open Stack

Hi,

I tried to upgrade from newton to ocata yesterday and somehow I can't retrieve my instances from nova.

This is what I can see on the logs:

I checked this website https://docs.openstack.org/developer/nova/placement.html but unfortunately I don't have the knowledge to understand what I need to do to setup placement on my nova node.

I was wondering if someone has a more detail set of instructions to fix this?
