Open Stack

Hi,

I have been trying to find a way where I can create an instance for a
user/project as the admin user.

So my question is:

Is there a way for the admin user to get a token as a user or am I
missing som option/environment variable to make 'openstack server
create' create the instance in a project of my choosing.
