Open Stack

Hello,
I read that now the command "neutron_server_config_add" should be used, but
if I add this with the path of my extra config file to my local.conf I have
this error:

/home/onossona/devstack/.localrc.auto: line 31: neutron_server_config_add:
command not found

What is the right sintax?
