[Openstack] [OpenStack][Trove]Trove taskmanager unauthorized error.

I think the config 'nova_proxy_admin_pass ' in
trove.taskmanager.manager.Manager#__init__
means the admin_token in keytone.conf for the admin user, not
the password.
