[Openstack] Problems with RabbitMQ Connection

Hello,

AFAIR I had similar issue some time ago and there was some mismatch with 
versions of rabbitmq-server and some rabbitmq lib on clients but I don't 
remember exactly.
After upgrade packages everywhere I also stoped rabbit server and removed all 
data from rabbitmq directory on rabbit nodes (we have it in /home/rabbit). 
After that all was working fine.
