[Openstack] How to use "floating_ip" under "OS::Nova::Server", Mitaka ?

BTW, I'll be happy to first, get rid of
"OS::Neutron::FloatingIPAssociation" AND the fixed_ips, then, later, if
possobe, I'll get rid of "OS::Neutron::Port" as well...
