[Openstack] how to change the admin password

A 500 error means something is wrong with your server.  Look in 
/var/log/keystone.log and the /var/log/httpd/error_log files to see what 
error your server is actualler reporting.  You might also be able to see 
an error message if you just run curl $OS_AUTH_URL
