Open Stack

Hello all i am facing a strange issue with openstack Juno release.

I have created a router and *connected subnet and gateway to it*. But vms
are failing to get metadata and internet connectivity.

Further investigation shows that router namespace  is missing from network
node.I have only one network node.So tried restarting agent multiple times
but still router is no where to be seen.
All new routers are getting created on network node. But missing just one
router network namespace.

All interfaces in that router is shown as "UP " .

I have created multiple Subnets  and connected it to this router,but still
router namespace is missing.Logs dont show anything.Is there anyway i can
forcefully make l3-agent to create that router.

I couldn't even find anything on l3-agent logs.
