[Openstack] How could I know id of cpu/memory/disk on an instance?

Dear Jose,

Thank you for the reply!

I wanted to get id information related to cpu/mem/disk because I thought
the OpenStack manages those information to identify each VM. The OpenStack,
however, seems not to manage these except network; there is an individual
id for each nic.
