Alexander,

What you get whdn you login to mysql using

# mysql -u keystone -p     keystone

This will ask you the keystone db password,  and then you should be able to
see if the keystone db is accessible or not.

If that's not the case,  try running the db sync command again to recreate
the db with correct configs first.
