[Openstack] [Devstack] Enabling n-net by default

Hello,
n-net is nova-network, which is deprecated ant not used when you
configure OpenStack with Neutron.
For nova network, please see

.
Also, http://docs.openstack.org/developer/devstack/guides/neutron.html
would be helpful to set up DevStack with Neutron.
