 Thank you for forcing me to copy-paste logs... I wanted to email them, but noticed wrong node name, which exactly matched controller's node. The problem was that i run my devstack nodes inside VMWare Workstation, and for simplicity i just clone them. And forgot to change hostname after cloning.
