Open Stack

Hello everyone,

Sorry to post here but there are no information both in the openstack 
documentation nor in the project website on the Fuel license. (pages are 
missing / not still written)

I am reading that fuel is an opensource project maintained by the 
openstack community, but is its license the same Apache 2.0 license ?
