[Openstack] Help: Openstack DVR floating ip No Port available

Holy crap!! look like its bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1411883

Does it hurting CentOS7?

I am using Mitaka on CentOS7  3.10.0-327.28.3.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP
