Open Stack

Those are just rsync temporary files, they normally get cleaned up when
rsync exits - you should make sure you are running the latest version of
rsync.

The messages are fairly new; we had some issues with propagation of rsync
tempfiles that led to a few changes down there.  We should probably have a
low priority bug to suppress specifically the rsync tempfile exlucde
pattern from those log messages [1]...
