[Openstack] [Liberty - Devstack] Keystone Error - Internal Server Error (HTTP 500)

Hi all,
I'm trying to install Openstack via Devstack and I' faceing an error during
the creation of the account in keystone.
To Face this error I tried to manually remove the keystone mysql DB before
unstack and than unstack, clean remove the folders: /opt/stack
  /usr/local/bin/* and   /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/*

but when I stack again the error appears again.
Follow part of the logs.
