I have following error while creating a new volume:

It is happening when I reference a image during creation, so following generates the above:

"cinder create --availability-zone nova --image cirros --name cirros_test 1”

but this creates the volume without problems:

"cinder create --availability-zone nova --name cirros_test 1”

So this leads me to believe that there is some misconfiguration in the cinder user permissions so that it cannot access glance API.
Can anybody advise what might be the issue and how to troubleshoot it further?
