[Openstack] Image as Volume Source - Bootable volume issue

2 things crossed my mind while reading this...

1: Do you have enaugh volume size? (the CentOS base cloud image needs 
8-10G minimum if i'm right)
2: The qcow possibly need to be converted into raw, which is done by 
cinder-conversion service. You need to add enaugh space under 
/var/lib/cinder/conversion on the server, which runs the 
cinder-conversion daemon.
