[Openstack] KILO -- Max disk size is 20 gb

I remember having a similar problem with an older CentOS image.

The steps I did to correct it were the following:

 1) Updated to the latest version
 yum update

 2) Installed (if not installed) cloud-init, cloud-utils,
 dracut-modules-growroot
 yum install cloud-init cloud-utils dracut-modules-growroot

 3) Rebuild the initramfs to use the latest installed dracut module
 dracut --force

Shutoff the machine and create a snapshot of it. Use this snapshot to
 bui
